Provence wines — Plan de Campagne
Provence wines
at our table
Rooted in Plan de Campagne, at the heart of the Provence vineyards, we naturally make room for the region's wines. Sun-drenched rosés, ripe reds, taut whites: at L'Entrecôte de Dubaï, Provence is served by the glass and by the bottle, under a sommelier's guidance.

The terroir
A vineyard
at our doorstep
Provence is one of France's oldest wine regions, shaped by the sun, the mistral and soils of limestone and schist. From this land come wines of character, at once generous and taut — a Mediterranean signature that speaks the same language as our cooking.
Serving Provence wines in Plan de Campagne is a matter of proximity: the vintage comes from next door, it carries the climate of the table and extends, in the glass, the sunlit accent of the plate.

The three colours
Provence, from rosé to red
Three regional registers the sommelier sets in conversation with the menu — a starting point, never a fixed rule.
The rosé
Fresh, pale and delicate, the region's pride. It opens the meal and accompanies the seafood starters and signature-sauce prawns with a thirst-quenching liveliness.
The red
Sun-drenched, with ripe tannins and a round body, it willingly matches a seared Black Angus rib-eye and the oriental accent of our house sauces.
The white
Taut and mineral, rarer but precious, it answers the fresh starters and the finesse of a carpaccio, when you seek brightness rather than power.
At the table
Provence wine
and the beef
A Provence red with ripe tannins stands up to the fat of a fine aged cut without ever crushing it: balance is what counts, body answering the meat, freshness relaunching every bite. The sommelier tunes the pairing to doneness and sauce.
On the briny starters and the Levantine flavours, the region's rosé and white take over: bright and mineral, they lighten the meal and make room for the journey. The choice is made over the course of service, according to the mood of the evening.
