The cellar

The wine cellar

More than two hundred references and a resident sommelier: at L'Entrecôte de Dubaï, wine doesn't simply accompany the beef — it reveals it. A list built for the steakhouse, from nearby Provence to great French appellations.

The cellar

A cellar of more
than 200 references

From a glass at the counter to a great bottle shared at the table, the cellar spans every register: full-bodied reds cut for aged cuts, taut whites for the seafood starters, a few rare bottles for special nights. It reads as an extension of the menu, never as an afterthought.

Notre sélection provençale holds pride of place in the cellar, alongside the great French appellations.

The sommelier

Guidance,
not a catalogue

“A great steak deserves a great wine.” Our sommelier guides you through the cellar according to your dish, your taste and your budget — a bold vintage on a Black Angus rib-eye, a softer bottle to carry the evening on. Service runs until one in the morning: nothing hurries the last glass.

Structured tannins to stand up to the fat and the ageing.

Wagyu carpaccioSupple red

Light and fruity, never covering the finesse of the raw beef.

Signature-sauce prawnsProvence white

Bright and mineral, a match for the sauce's oriental punch.

The evening

The last glass
is best taken late

A chic, convivial atmosphere and service until 1 a.m.: the cellar comes into its own once the room lights up. People come for a dinner that lingers, a wine chosen for two, an evening that doesn't count the hours.

For sharing une bouteille pour deux, the sommelier builds the pairing as the evening unfolds.
